New York indie-rock songwriter and soulful vocalist, JENNIFER SILVA, summons spirits and commands the audience with her evocative lyrics and dynamic stage presence. Silva channels dark, moody energy with sensual, confident storytelling and explores the poetry in paradox —recognizing the saint and the sinner in all of us.  Influenced by powerhouse vocalists like Stevie Nicks, Aretha Franklin, Grace Potter & Tori Amos, and by bands like The Rolling Stones, Florence + the Machine & Alabama Shakes, Jennifer brings a sensual, soulful —yet electric— energy to the stage.
Her music has been praised as “lyrically powerful” (The Chimera Magazine) and her live show leaves attendees “transfixed by her soulful voice, and fun personality” (Adam’s World).

Jennifer performs throughout New York City with her five piece band and will release for third studio album in September 2024. Her debut and sophomore albums were both recorded at Vinegar Hill Sound with Producer and Engineer, Reed Black (Solange, Imagine Dragons, Karen O). She has collaborated with Leesta Vall Sound (direct-to-vinyl live recordings) and was featured in a year-long documentary photography project by Abby Moskowitz, whose “Women’s Series” culminated in a book and NYC art exhibit in Fall 2020.

Jennifer’s latest single “Cruel Mistress” will be released on June 7 and was recorded at Beacon AV Lab with Producer Jonny Taylor.
